  1. Hi would you mind sharing which blog plrtofam you’re working with? I’m planning to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a difficult time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique. P.S Sorry for being off-topic but I had to ask!

    • Hi Chu! We use WordPress. I use WP for our family blog too. I think it’s easy to use and you can pay to turn the address into a .com if you wanted to (otherwise it’s free). I use the Pilcrow theme for our family blog and Twenty Eleven for this one (I just changed the colors). I haven’t looked into this lately but I still don’t think WordPress let’s you put your own ads on your sites. We do take advantage of their WordAds, where they place ads on your site and pay you a little. It’s worth looking into. I don’t know the other platforms you mentioned so I don’t know the pros and cons for them. Good luck!
