Today’s workout is in honor of the 2,977 victims of the September 11th terrorist attacks.

The difficult 10x100s in each workout represent the 10th anniversary of the attacks.

INTERMEDIATE WORKOUT:

50 easy swim (cool down)

ADVANCED WORKOUT:

10×100 free on the 1:15
