4×50 breast on the 1:00

8×50 IM kick on the 1:30

4×200 IM descending in time on the 3:00

4×100 IM on the 1:30

ADVANCED WORKOUT:

10×200 (odd 200s alternate IM/even 200s free) on the 3:00

10×100 (odd 100s alternate IM/even 100s free) on the 1:30

20×25 IM kick on the :30
